To Mr. Electric Company Man.

Hola, Hello, Greetings and Hi,

Sorry for my abrupt change in mood and demeanor on the phone last night when I called to request a 2 day extension on my bill being I had cash in hand and was going to mail payment and it isn't due until the third anyway. It was very kind of you to point out that I was two months behind even though I am only One since the current bill isn't due till the end of the month. Thank you for letting me know you mailed the disconnect notice on the 24th however I did not receive it until Saturday the 2. Funny how when it comes to mailing you cannot be sure of when you'll receive something but because you sent it 8 business days ago I obviously received it 8 business days ago. It was thoughtful of you to remind me of the ways to pay such as check by phone (I had mentioned minutes before I do not have a bank account), Mastercard, Discover and ummm Diners Club card. It was lovely of you to interrogate me as to why I do not have a checking account and to act like I am the last person on earth to have one. I had to chuckle (even though it probably came out as a swear) when you let me know after we went thru the whole checking account thing that you will be nice enough to hold a postdated a check for five days for me. I wasn't calling to be informed of my tarty bill or to be reminded of the ways to pay that I do not have access too as I stated in the beginning of the call all I have is a VISA (which you do not take and mostly all debit cards are visa) and cash/money order. And when I was still being nice and you got extremely rude with me and judgmental it sort of flustered me. I am usually very nice to service people but the judgment in your tone was uncalled for. I do not go wasting my electric bill money on lobster and shrimp, or dvd's or trips. It is all nice of you to judge when you have a job FOR THE MOMENT since your job can easily be done by someone in guam for five cents an hour or a computer. But thanks for judging the people that have been laid off and lost various sources of income. It isn't my fault my husband got laid off due to the economy and price of metal goods, it isn't my fault my child support ended because of layoffs. So when you are the only bill I try everything I can to pay, as cable has been shut off and I am behind on my phone/internet bill and gas bill....and we frequent the food shelves and wonder how we will get by day to day and hope to holy heck that the baby doesn't have diarrhea and end up using more diapers so they won't last until we get money again...it is always nice to have someone on the phone remind you of how worthless you are and how bad things are. I was trying to be a good consumer by calling to ask...I didn't mail it out and say hey I paid it. My point is if you can hold a check for five days...or extend me a few days if I say someone will call and pay by check in two days....why can't you extend it for two days and if the money don't show up then disconnect. It makes no sense. I mean it wasn't due for three days anyway. It wasn't as if I was calling on the disconnect date to whine to you. Buy the way do you want to buy a double ended dildo...only 28.00? It would be my pleasure and it is actually my job to tell you where to SHOVE IT! And because I am nice I will give you a discount on lube!
